Thanks for stopping by my blog.  As I&#039;m sure you&#039;ve garnered from reading my blog, I am not a supporter of bailing out failing companies like GM because the problem is not market-related, but product-related.

Sadly, we tend to look only at the idea of massive job losses in one sector - car manufacturers - and not the potential loss of more sustainable jobs that could have been created by investing the money elsewhere.  But that&#039;s what you get when you focus your money only on the short term run.

Thanks again for sharing your thoughts on this issue.</description>
